Utilizing a holistic mind-body approach, in this four part winter coaching class series, Erika Larsen and Pivot Gyrotonic owner and instructor, Karen Grady, collaborate to bring you new life tools, techniques and processes to deepen your mind-body connection.
These classes are designed for you to kick off 2017 with soul and launch you into greater self-discovery to produce clarity and shifts in your life and relationships. You can expect to learn new techniques to open to greater love, create or deepen a meditation practice, expand your body-mind-emotion connection in how stress manifests in your body, learn new tools for relaxation and much more.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
New Year New You – In this kick off class be guided into meditation, learn to set soul based intentions for the new year, create healthy exciting goals and affirmations and let go of what is standing in your way. This is a great introductory class for taking charge in 2017 and setting yourself up for success!
Relationships – Just in time for our favorite hallmark holiday, Valentines Day, Karen and Erika are bringing you a two hour in depth relationship class. We are in relationship with everything in this life, thus the intention for this class is to learn how you show up in relationships, what your love languages are and if they have changed, how to set healthy boundaries and gain clarity about what those boundaries are.
Self-Love – This class is all about self-care and how the body speaks and gaining the ear to listen. Our bodies are communicating with us 24/7, but often people live in their head. In this class Karen and Erika will teach you how to live more “in your body,” bringing you into greater connection and intuition from the neck down. You can expect to walk away more balanced from a guided meditation, learn new breathing techniques, improved posturing, more knowledge of the chakra system.
De-Stress– Erika and Karen’s favorite topic – who doesn’t love to relax? With 2017 well under way the intention for this class is to learn and apply more balance in your work/life/mind/body affairs. Key points will be learning to breath to reduce stress, key attributes to healthy self-care, the benefits of a daily meditation practice and more.

A vision board is collage representing things you would like to attract to your life. Once you create a vision board to help define what you want in your life, work toward your goals but understand that your desires might manifest in a different way than you imagined. If you have a bucket list, you can add visual representations of the things on your list to your vision board.
